Its Real Out Here in these Streets....

This is my first blog for Urban Bliss and I’m super excited. Thanks for
taking the time out of your day to see what’s up. Let me introduce myself…
my government name is Chelsea Cooper:)

I would describe myself as somewhat of a dichotomy ( a contradictory of
sorts). I’ve known this for years. I love hanging out with friends, meeting
new people, dancing the night away and just going with the flow. Yep I am
an Extrovert for sure.

But at the same time I love my alone time whether its yoga, meditating, reading,
walking barefoot in the grass, watching sunsets, long walks, or  runs on the
beach.

I use to think I had to choose between being this High Energy Over the top
somewhat of a comedian being, that worked out for a living (I have my own
fitness business). Or being a very introspective quiet person, always looking
for the next great book, or method on how I can uplift my self and others.

Recently I had a revelation that not only should I embrace both parts of me,
but I had to embrace them to keep my sanity. I realized both sides are
equally important and necessary. If I don’t have a gut-busting laugh or make
someone laugh at lease one time a day I feel off. I definitely feel weird if I
go more than two days without some type of exercise and if I don’t do my
daily morning ritual (will have a separate post about that) for more than 2
days, my world begins to officially fall apart.

So I’m embracing all that I am and letting it take me on this awesome
journey. No expectations, No rules (uh oh), No templates, No agenda just exploring
and allowing my being to do what it does best…Love (shining my light) and relax.

Yep Urban Bliss! Call it unrealistic, pie in the sky, whatever it is I like it.

Follow your bliss…what’s been holding you back?Live the life your se
I’ll be taking this journey you can come along if you would like.

Be Well!
